Non-emergency requests should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance (two weeks + one day in the calendar view) but must be entered at least one week.

If the request is not an urgent safety issue but impedes operations or programming, make a note in the description, and staff will try to prioritize it.

Urgent safety issues will be addressed immediately.
