If your child will be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2021, they are eligible for Kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year! Here are the steps for enrollment:
1. Complete InfoSnap Enrollment.
2. Visit child's physician to complete health assessment.
2. Submit required documentation by March 26 (drop off or submit online)
-Completed Health Assessment (by the first day of school at the latest)
-Birth Certificate
-Immunization Record
-Proof of Residence
-Any relevant custody or court documents
-Proof of Guardianship

PreK Families-You will receive a "snapcode" from Mrs. Barr.
Click the link above for a copy of the health form. This form must be completed by your child's physician. Paper copies of the form are available in the school office.
Drop off completed forms and required documentation in the school office.
