The community will also give us a demonstration of their artisan crafts, where you can see how they create their colorful woven bags and other items. This visit will be complemented by a cultural conversation, with translations in Wayuunaiki, Spanish, and English.

Due to the lack of infrastructure available in La Guajira, this is not considered a luxury tour. The desert is hot and dry, and some places may not offer running water. It is an incredible, culturally immersive adventure, but is not a 5-star luxurious trip.
