Can I have my own image etched into my cutting board or charcuterie board? 

Absolutely! As long as you upload an image as a SVG or PNG file we can etch it into your product. 

I have an idea of what I want, but I don't know how to make the image. 

Simple! Send us an email with your idea, and explain how you would like it to look. We will work together to create a design for your customized product. Making our customers happy is a priority! 

What is the turn around time on a custom product? 

The turn around time depends on the complexity of the product and any designs that might be on it. Our goal is to have your product to you in 3 weeks, if not sooner!

Why is the etching darker in some areas than others on my product? 

Wood is a natural product and some woods have darker undertones than others. You will usually see this more on a product that has multiple species of wood. For example, a product with only maple will have a consistent color of etching, versus a product with maple, walnut, and purple heart, which would have a different color of etching for each wood.
