Our Wildlife

Wildlife Surrounds is a home for a variety of iconic, endangered and threatened Australian wildlife that naturally occurs in North Queensland. 

Experience the wild plants and animals that call Wildlife Surrounds and Bowling Green Bay National Park home. Our captive wildlife contributes back to the conservation of their species through education, research and/or breeding programs. Exhibition of wildlife occurs as part of an educational tour under direct supervision of Wildlife Surrounds staff. 

We are passionate about Australia's terrestrial apex predator, dingoes.  Our four dingoes are ambassadors for their species by playing a role in educating our visitors and online followers about the dingoes role in Australian  ecosystems.  

Wildlife Surrounds assists in rehabilitation of injured sick and orphaned wildlife for re-release back into the wild.
