Below are a list of some of the places where you can get support, both in and out of school.

Young Minds

They are the UK’s leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health.


They want to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health, and all young people get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what.

ChatHealth

As an NHS team they understand how to support you all the way.  They will help you take the quickest route to setting-up a safe, secure and successful service so you can stay focused on providing high quality care.

CAHMS

Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is a NHS specialist service that aims to help young people aged 5 -18 years and their families who are finding it hard to manage their emotional and psychological health, and who are suffering with acute, chronic and severe mental health problems.

ChildLine

Childline is yours – a free, private and confidential service where you can talk about anything. They’re there for you online, on the phone, anytime.

Samaritans

They’re there, day or night, for anyone who’s struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure.

Samaritans is not only for the moment of crisis, they’re taking action to prevent the crisis.


Kooth

Kooth is an anonymous site which helps children and young people to feel safe and confident in exploring their concerns and seeking professional support.

Tutors & (a)DOPAs 

You will see your tutors every day at Wildern, and they are there for you to talk to about anything that you are struggling with. 

You also have a DOPA and an aDOPA who will always have their door open for a chat, should you need it. 

Student Services @ Wildern

Student Services are in school to support and help you. Whether this is stress, mental health or friendship issues, the Student Services team will be there for you throughout the day.
