Young Carers

At Wildern, we support young carers by keeping open conversation about their caring circumstances, and inviting them to regular young carers interventions and drop-ins, and to events and trips that can build friendships with other young carers, broaden life skills and foster career aspirations.

We also have a staff member designated to identifying and supporting the young carers specifically. Currently, that is Miss Stevens Broyd who has been our Young Carers Assistant for the last 2 years.
