Ben was born in raised in Phoenix, Arizona in the suburb of Ahwatukee. He had the honor of attending Brophy College Predatory and participated in many activities like Crew and Tech Theatre. He then went on to college at Loyola University Chicago and got involved in athletics by becoming a Basketball Manager for the successful men’s team and was one of three lucky enough to be the school mascot LU Wolf! He finished with an Honors Advertising Degree and was a member and leader of his chapter of Beta Theta Pi. Not content with just getting an average job he set his sites to an adventure and the privilege of joining the United States Navy as an Officer. He is currently an Ensign in training to lead a ship one day as a Surface Warfare Officer.
Born in San Jose, California, Christian Garcia's early years included living in Mexico from 2000 to 2003. After moving to Tucson, Arizona in 2003, he attended Catalina Foothills High School and graduated in 2015. He continued his academic journey at the University of Arizona, where they earned both a B.S. (2020) and an M.S. (2022) in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Currently, he works for Raytheon Technologies at Tucson, Arizona.
Lily Messing was a junior at The Gregory School in Tucson, Arizona, and is now attending Stanford University. She founded 100+ Teens Who Care during the height of the pandemic, a philanthropic giving circle comprised of over 200 teens from high schools throughout Southern Arizona.
Outside of the nonprofit she founded, Lily has taken leadership positions in several areas at The Gregory School. She is the president of multiple clubs –– Junior State of America, Junior Classical League, and French Club –– as well as the Managing Editor of her school newspaper, The Gregorian Chant. Lily is also an accomplished tennis player and captains the girl's varsity tennis team.
Austin Norville grew up in Phoenix, Arizona but graduated from Gonzaga University in 2019. Since graduating up until June of 2023 he has been teaching English in Japan as part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, in both Ehime and Tokyo. Now, back in the USA, he is applying to the University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine. He enjoys hiking, video games, traveling, and writing but first and foremost loves animals. Currently, he works as a kennel tech in an animal emergency hospital. If you ever see him around, he'll teach you some Japanese!
