Vindheim's 9th Coronet Tournament format
We will be fighting a Swiss 5, using the common conventions of the Rapier field. Meaning that each combatant must use each of the 5 styles, but the fighters need not match styles with their opponents and can be used in any order of their choosing so long as each style is used once per fighter.
After the Swiss 5, we will go into a final, Bring your Best, bracket to determine the winner.
(The amount of fights per round and size of the final bracket will be determined by the number of entrants and will be announced the day of the tournament, if not sooner)
The 5 styles will be:
2 Weapon (no madu)
Sword and Madu
4-ft Great Weapon
6-ft Great Weapon
Sword and Buckler (no greater than 12" diameter in any direction)

Time has been alotted for both tournaments to take place on this day, subject to the approval of Their Highnesses.
Youth and Family Activities
Youth and Family Activities are for all ages. They run from 10am-12pm and from 1:30pm-2:30pm
10:00 am - 12:00 pm ~ Painting Pennons (Parents please note, this will be done with Alcohol ink marker)
1:30 pm - 2:30pm ~ Needle Felting with Mistress Bea

The Sanctuary
Coronet is such an exciting time, filled with anticipation and celebration. But sometimes, it can become a bit overwhelming. If you find yourself in need of a quiet retreat, visit The Sanctuary, serving all of Vindheim since 2023.
The Sanctuary is not your average quiet room. It is a haven for the weary and overstimulated. Our mission is to provide an almost homelike atmosphere with comfy places to nap, plushies to snuggle, and blankets to cuddle to help calm the mind and soothe the soul while maintaining a safe environment for any who need it. All walks of life are welcome. Come and share a hot drink with us while you rest and recharge your batteries so that you may enjoy this wonderful event to the absolute fullest.
Sanctuary amenities for this event.
Private resting area so you can properly relax.
Cots for napping with blankets and pillowy things. We also have disposable sleep masks and reusable ear plugs for you if you need them.
Reclining chairs so you can take a moment to really sit back and relax.
Hot Drinks, including coffee, tea and cider.
Snacks. We will have a variety of treats such as chips, hard candy, and cookies.
Coloring station including coloring sheets and bookmarks (donated by Clan Blue Feather), crayons, colored pencils and markers.
Fidget toys of all kinds to help relieve stress.
