Review the Mentorship Program Guidelines below for detailed information about this year’s program.

Key Dates

•Applications are open and due Monday, March 3. Mentors and mentees must complete the application form to participate.

•During the week of March 10: two 30 minute meetings (morning and afternoon) will be be scheduled to meet with mentors. More detailed meeting information will be sent on Friday, March 8.

•During the week of March 17: formally Kick-Off Mentorship 2025 Program in a 1 hour meeting with approved mentors and mentees.

Requirements to Participate

• Able to dedicate 2 hours/month minimum to the Mentorship relationship.

• Mentors will be be required to organize and conduct a 1 hour session minimum for each of the topics, over a month timeframe.

• If a mentor and a mentee agree to a 1:1 relationship, then they can dedicate an additional 2 months with an agreed upon goal and meeting time, for a total of 3 months dedicated to the mentoring relationship.

• During the 1:1 relationship, mentees must commit to identify a goal and work towards progress & action items (progress to be noted by mentees).

• Mentees are required to be an active WiCyS Member with a Member ID.
