WiCyS is a global community of engagement, encouragement and support for women in cybersecurity. We are dedicated to bringing together women in cybersecurity from academia, research and industry to share knowledge, experience, networking and mentoring.

One of the ways that WiCyS accomplishes its mission to recruit, retain and advance women in the field of cybersecurity is through the organization of its volunteers into affiliate groups worldwide.

The WiCyS Latina Affiliate is a specialized group committed to empowering women in cybersecurity within the Latina community. By fostering a supportive network, it aims to enhance the recruitment, retention, and advancement of Latina women in the cybersecurity field. Through these efforts, the WiCyS Latina Affiliate strives to create a more inclusive and dynamic cybersecurity landscape.
