What are some things I do?

I provide social, emotional, and behavioral support to elementary students.

This includes:

• Friendship & Social Skills Groups

• Crisis-based counseling

• School-wide Character Education & PBIS

• Individual counseling (typically short-term)

• Referrals to community-based therapists and various resources

• Coordinate the Backpack Program (helps children with food insecurity)

• Collaboration with teachers and parents
