Unfamiliar text exam

Every student will be entered to sit the AS91101 Unfamiliar Text external exam. 

This exam follows a similar structure to the Unfamiliar text exam you sat in Year 11 but requires a step up in terms of your thinking and answers.

For this standard you are required to write mini-essays on three unfamiliar texts:

• Prose

• Poetry

• Non-fiction

NB The credits for this exam count for either reading or writing UE literacy credits.
