Whether a student dreams of stepping into the spotlight, running the light board, or directing from behind the scenes, Script & Cue provides a welcoming, high-energy community where students build confidence both on and off the stage. As an after-school co-curricular program, Script & Cue gives students hands-on experience in every aspect of theatre while remaining accessible alongside sports and other extracurriculars.
Our season spans a dynamic range of theatrical styles, from classical plays to contemporary dramas, and from Golden Age classics like Singin’ in the Rain to modern rock musicals like The Lightning Thief. Productions come to life in our versatile performance spaces, including the 900+ seat Performing Arts Center complete with student crews and live orchestral accompaniment. At Script & Cue, every student has a place to collaborate, create, and shine.
Script & Cue Drama Club is an open community that is compassionate and determined to entertain, introduce how live theater works, and foster creative voices. We do this through inclusivity, proper communication, and collaborating on various productions in order to improve theatrical skillsets that translate to lifelong skills.

Hi! I'm Mr. Martin.
I am the advisor of Watchung Hill's drama club, Script & Cue. I also direct the fall play and spring musical.
During the day, I teach Theatre Production, Cinema Studies, and Multimedia Production.
I am a HUGE classic film nerd, Batman enthusiast, and can quote random lines of Shakespeare at the drop of a hat. "Once more unto the breach, dear friends..."
I love my job here at Watchung Hills, and I look forward to seeing you at our next production.
