Beautiful Bowls Fundraiser
Starting Tuesday May 16, 2017, the Conard National Art Honor Society will launch a fundraiser to help I.R.I.S., Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services, an organization that welcomes persecuted people from other countries and helps them resettle in Connecticut. I.R.I.S. provides English lessons, childcare, assistance with registering children in local schools and access to health care.
The NAHS fundraiser will take place during our Art Exhibition and before the Junior Senior Awards Ceremony on Wednesday May 31. It will also take place on Tuesday, May 16th - Thursday, May 18th, during the lunch waves. We will be selling beautiful hand thrown and glazed bowls as well as hand made, one of a kind pins! We hope the Conard community will embrace this worthy cause!
