- choose an independent reading novel for Unit 1: A fiction novel of your choosing, at your challenge level
- Bring in: TISSUES, A PACK OF PENS OR PENCILS, DONATE A BOOK, A PACK OF BOOKMARKS, STICKYNOTES, PAPER TOWELS, WIPES
  - for extra credit during the whole month of September
- Wednesday - Plot Chart! Found on google classroom if needed.
- Thursday - Standard annotate "First Day Fly" by Jason Reynolds using the annotation guide. Honors annotate "Humanity's Temporal Range" by John Green using the annotation guide.
- Friday - complete the google form found on google classroom!
