Welcome to Social Studies! As an avid traveler, I have loved learning about different places and cultures. I am thrilled to share my knowledge, and even learn from students! 

The seventh grade social studies program builds upon the concepts and skills developed in the sixth grade. Specific themes include: Power, Government and Society; Human Rights and Equality; and Economy and Trade. Critical reading and research skills are further developed through the study of both historical and contemporary issues.
