It is nice to have a place in your home you know you can go to when you feel upset, worried, sad, or mad. Like your peace area at school, add some relaxation items to help you cope. For example, a mindfulness jar, stress ball, kinetic sand, coloring items, sequin pillow, etc.
Practice melting away that icky frozen feeling you get when you're scared, frustrated, or angry.
Raise your energy and face your day with this exercise. Have fun with it!
