Meet the Teacher

Hello friends! 

My name is Courtney Ammons, and I am the EC Resource Teacher for Kindergarten through First at Whiteville Primary School. This is my fifth year teaching at WPS, and I truly love being a part of our Wolf Cub family! 

I am a proud Columbus County native. My husband and I have been married for 25 years, and together we have an amazing son and 2 beautiful daughters. When our daughters married, we were blessed with two wonderful sons-in-law, and now they each have children of their own, giving us three precious grandchildren.  

We live on a small farm, and when I'm not at school, you'll usually find me working on the farm or spending time with my family. We love a good adventure. 

I love Jesus, reading, visiting the mountains, cooking, baking and cherishing moments with my loved ones.
