Thank you for your interest in Whitefield Child Development Center! Please see the steps below for our waitlist and enrollment process. Once on the waitlist, you can track your child(ren)’s spot through your family’s portal link emailed from Waitlist Plus. It is important to know that these lists are fluid and are likely to change due to staff children, active church members, and siblings of current students receiving priority. Our system will automatically email you to confirm your waitlist needs every three months; this allows us to keep an updated and accurate waitlist. A waitlist fee is due annually.
Step 1: Add your child(ren) to our waitlist and pay the non-refundable waitlist fee of $60. For families with multiple children being added to the waitlist at the same time, use coupon code Sibling25 for each additional child to receive a 25% discount on the fee.
Step 2: Once we communicate that we have a spot available for your child, you will have 48 hours to complete registration forms in Brightwheel, our student management platform, and officially accept the spot before we move to the next child on the list. Any registration paperwork filled out before a spot is officially offered will not be processed.
Step 3: Once the spot is officially accepted, we will communicate a time for a tour, a start date, tuition agreement paperwork, and any other necessary information. Tuition bills are sent out the 1st of each month and payments are due by the 5th.
Returning students have priority registration until the last day of February for the following school year and are not required to get back on the waitlist.
