Why Final Forms?
White Cloud Public Schools has decided to use Final Forms for all athletic related paperwork and communication. Please follow the steps below to sign up (or login), add students, and complete forms. This will replace the emergency contact form, handbook signatures, parent/coach communication, and all other forms that needed to be filled out for each sport and now only has to be completed one time! You will have a way to login to track your student's medical forms or eligibility. Everything will be secure and in one place, Final Forms! Get started by following the step by step (with pictures) instructions below.

Go to https://wcpride.net or https://whitecloud-mi.finalforms.com/ to access FinalForms.
2. Select Parent (if you have logged in before, select Login. If you are new, select New Account).
3. Fill out the necessary information about you (parent/guardian), then create your account.
4. Check your email for a verification link.
5. Click the verification link sent to your email address you provided to sign into FinalForms and access "My Students".
6. Click "Add Student"
7. Complete all information about your student on the Register a New Student Form, then click Create Student.
8. Verify all sports your student athlete will most likely be participating in for the school year. Check all boxes that apply, then click Update Sports.
9. Complete all forms, starting with Contact Information. You are not finished until all sections on the LEFT are GREEN! The good news is you complete it once and you are done!
10. Repeat this process for each of your student athletes at White Cloud.
