In English we wrote some persuasive pieces about why teachers should NOT give homework. Our writing was so convincing that Mr Megarity gave us a whole week off homework!
Excellent Embossing
In Art we used our impressive artistic skills to create excellent embossing pictures.

In Art we made fish and other models using clay.
Gaudi Inspired Animals
In Art we learned all about the Catalan architect Gaudi. After looking at some of his creations, we made mosaics of our own animals.
Sponsored Walk
On Friday 9th May we had our annual sponsored walk in Marlay Park. It was a great day out!
Great Gardening
We have been doing great work in the school garden this year. We helped Ms. Richards to pull out all of the weeds and we planted our own mange tout seeds. They are growing nicely!

In Art we used tissue paper and laminating sheets to make stained glass-style crosses.

In Art we learned all about the artistic style pointillism. We used pointillism to make lovely cherry blossom trees.
