Hello 4th grade students and families! Although this school year will be different, I am excited to be back and see all of you virtually. Together we will work through this school year to ensure the academic success of our students. Remember we are currenlty making history! I look forward to writing with you all.Our team includes educators, students, and families! 100% ALL IN!!!
My name is Krysten Saldaña, I am Native American. I am an enrolled member of The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. My indian name is Ahmooxh, passed down from my atwai aunt Audrey Frank. I have lived on the reservation for most of my life with my parents Heather and Edward, and my two younger brothers Dylan and Hayden. Currently I spend time with my fiance Anthony and our two children, Ethan and Keira. When I am not working I enjoy hunting and fishing. My favorite movie is Nightmare Before Christmas. I became a teacher because, I wanted to impact my community. I believe that my students are the future and it is through teaching that I can impact my community in a postive way. I look foward for being your 4th grade core writing teacher.
