White Box Entertainment, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), located at 1887 Whitney Mesa Dr #2950, Henderson, NV 89014, values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding the data you provide during our in-person survey. 1. Information Collection

We may collect responses to survey questions and limited demographic information. We do not collect personal identifiers unless explicitly stated, such as email addresses for the purpose of further contact, and participation is voluntary.

For online visitors, data usage is collected automatically. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Collected data will be used to analyze and report on entertainment trends and consumer behavior. This aggregated information may be shared with our clients, included in research papers, or released publicly. Individual responses will remain confidential and untraceable to any participant.

• Deleting individual survey responses after use.

Survey responses are retained only as long as necessary for analysis. Once their purpose is fulfilled, data will be permanently deleted. Individual results may not be able to be removed once they have been transformed, anonymized, or aggregated. 

6. Participants’ Rights

You have the right to:

• Decline participation.

• Withdraw from the survey at any time.

• Request clarification on how your data will be used.

While we take precautions to anonymize and protect data, participation in surveys carries minimal risk, primarily related to data handling. We commit to taking all reasonable steps to mitigate such risks.

This survey complies with applicable privacy regulations, including local, state, and federal law.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. 11. Children's Privacy 

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers. Business Transactions
