THE MISSION OF WHITE COUNTY FAMILY CONNECTION
White County Family Connection convenes and connects key community members committed to improving the well-being of children and families. We connect our partners to the resources they need, coordinate and manage efforts, and empower our communities to craft local solutions based on local decisions.
WHAT IS FAMILY CONNECTION?
Georgia Family Connection brings everyone together at the same table—the social worker, the nurse, the sheriff, the teacher, the minister, the business person, the public servant, and parents—then lets them figure out the best way to help their kids thrive.
