Student Club Leaders and Teacher Sponsors,

Wheeler PTSA is excited to offer student grant opportunities to help you meet the financial needs in your club or organization. 

In prior years, we have approved grants for:

    - Tournament & Event registration fees 

    - Supplies & equipment

    - Conference expenses 

    - Training materials, software ...and so much more!

*Note: Starting in 2026-2027, Wheeler PTSA will consider requests that are most impactful to clubs. With this in mind, PTSA is unable to support club T-shirt requests going forward. 

Who can apply?

How does it work?

• Complete the application (Google form) to be considered for the 2026-2027 school year.

• PTSA Grants committee will review and vote to approve.

• Awardees will be notified via email with directions to receive grant money.

*Note: 

• Grant money will be provided in the form of reimbursement for expenses incurred. 

• Make sure to save all receipts for what has already been paid for. 

• Additional information will be provided after grants are approved.

* Funds cannot be rolled from one year to the next.

* Any exceptions to the reimbursement deadline (April 24, 2027) need to be requested upfront, at the time the application is submitted.
