Warrensville Heights High School is excited to announce our summer reading program for the Summer of 2026. Rising 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th graders will receive an option of two books to be read over the summer. The books have been chosen by the high school English teachers. Each grade level is responsible for completing their assigned learning task which will be collected in August. When school starts in August, students will discuss the books in English classes and create projects around coming of age and identity.
Our goal is to keep students reading, thinking, and building excitement for learning throughout the summer while helping them transition smoothly into the academic work of the new school year.
