I am a dedicated and enthusiastic computer science and math teacher with almost 20 years of teaching experience in university, small college, HBCU, and community college settings. In 2016 I joined WGU in Gen Ed. College, where I supported every math course from developmental to abstract algebra. In 2018 I joined the IT College to be a part of the new Computer Science program. Though my research studied abstract objects, experimentation, creating examples, and producing images required a lot of coding, and I grew to love solving and illustrating problems with code. I have a Ph.D. and MS in mathematics from the University of Tennessee and a BS in history with a minor in art from East Tennessee State University.
