Welcome Table: These volunteers will welcome people as the come in, hand out maps, and encourage a $3.00 donation from all attendees.

Concession Stands: Self explanatory. We will be selling food, and will need people to assist.

Room Chairs: These volunteers will sit outside of centers to check in performers. Then, they will introduce each performer and hand ballots to the judge.

Timers: These volunteers will sit in the room and run a stop watch for each of the performances. They will also hold up time cards for the performers as they perform.

Floaters: These volunteers will cover a variety of jobs while other volunteers need breaks, want to watch their child perform, or have questions.

Noise police walk around reminding people in the halls to be quiet. This is a great job for MS students.

Parking Director: I need someone who is willing to stand outside and tell bus drivers where to go after dropping students off at the front of the school. This person may also be asked questions about the town/school.

Medical: We need to have medical staff on hand in case something happens. This could be trained EMTs, First Responders, Nurses, Doctors, Etc.

** The Floaters will be available to cover for other jobs so parents/siblings can watch their loved ones perform.
