How many books can we borrow?

There is no limit for borrowing resources

How long can I keep library resources?

Library books - 3 weeks

Graphic Novels - 2 weeks

Ebooks and audio books - 2 weeks

How do I return an item?

We have a return slot in the check-out desk in the library.

Can I return textbooks to the library?

Yes you can! We will make sure they are processed and returned to the relevant department

Can I renew an item?

Yes, you can request a renewal either via email or in person, as long as there is no waiting list. This can be done once, then the item must be returned.

Can I reserve a library item?

Yes, you can do so by logging into the catalogue using your school username and password and then selecting your book choice.  Select the reserve button and once processed you'll receive an email. This cannot be done for Department books (i.e English) 

Can I reserve an Ebook?

Yes, you can do so by either clicking the URL in the catalogue or logging into the eplatform using the link on the website and selecting the reserve button, this cannot be done via the catalogue. Remember to use your school username and password.

Can I eat in the library?

Sadly no, the library is a no food zone. Drinks are ok at anytime. 

Can I use my phone in the library?

Also no, it is by law that phones are not permitted for use at school. You are welcome to use your laptop or iPad while in the library space.
