当社の個人情報保護に関する基本方針および個人情報保護に関する取り組みとして、

下記のプライバシーポリシーを制定し、公表いたします。

・基本的な考え方

当社は、お客様及び取引先の個人情報を保護し、

当社の保有する個人情報資産を適切に取り扱うよう努めてまいります。

業務上知り得た個人情報の内容をみだりに第三者に開示し、または不当な目的に使用しません。

当社は以下の利用目的のためにお客様の個人情報を収集し、以下の目的に利用させていただきす。

ただし下記すべての目的で利用するのではなく、お客様の同意を得た範囲内で利用させていただきます。

当社は、適正な手段によってのみお客様の個人情報を収集するものであり、

利用目的を超えてお客様の個人情報を収集し、または利用することはありません。

・安全管理措置の実施

当社は、お客様及び取引先の個人情報について、

法律、ガイドラインに従って、合理的な組織的、人的、物理的、技術的安全管理措置を実施し、

個人情報の紛失、漏えい、改ざん等を防止することに努めてまいります。

・コンプライアンスについて

お客様の同意がない限り、個人情報を第三者に開示することはありません。

ただし、以下の事例に該当する場合はその限りではありません。

　・法令に基づき裁判所や警察等の公的機関から要請があった場合

　・法令に特別の規定がある場合

　・お客様や第三者の生命・身体・財産・名誉を損なうおそれがあり、

　　本人の同意を得ることができない場合

　・法令や当グループのご利用規約・注意事項に反する行動から、当グループの権利、

　　財産またはサービスを保護または防禦する必要があり、本人の同意を得ることができない場合

お客様から個人情報の開示要求があった場合は、本人であることが確認できた場合に限り開示します。情報技術の発達や社会的要請の変化等を踏まえて、本プライバシーポリシー及び当社のコンプライアンスプログラムを適宣見直し、お客様及び取引先の個人情報の保護に継続的な改善に取り組んで参ります。
