You are responsible for creating a PowerPoint OR Google Slide presentation that defines two felony crimes and provides the details of court cases where the defendants were charged with those crimes. For each court case you must:
Define the felony crime and identify the defendant charged with that crime.
Summarize the details of the crime, including: date, location, victims, witnesses, etc.
Describe the court case and explain the outcome (innocent/guilty – sentencing).
Do you believe justice was served OR that the outcome should have been different? Explain your answer.
Day One: You will be able to define ONE felony crime you selected to research. You will also be able to identify the defendant in your first court case and locate the details of the crime and case - entering the information on the graphic organizer.
Day Two: You will be able to define a SECOND felony crime. You will also be able to identify the defendant in your second court case and locate the details of the crime and case - continue entering the information into the graphic organizer.
Day Three: You will be able to summarize all of your information and restate the most important and interesting facts into a PowerPoint OR Google Slide presentation.
Day Four: You will be able to locate appropriate pictures that best represent the felony crimes you selected and the court cases you researched - add those pictures to your presentation.
Day Five: You will be able to complete your presentation on felony crime.
