Click the Prodigy Man to go to the math game Prodigy. This is a math website called Prodigy that students in my classroom use everyday to practice different math skills. Your child will need a username and password created to use this website. If your child already has a username and password, all they need to do is click the "Play Prodigy" button in the top right corner to get starter. If they do not have an account, click the green button that says "Get your free account." I have made each of my students their own personal username and password so they may already have one but if not it is very easy to create.
Click on the "Math Magician" man to go to the website that lets students practice their addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts. It is a fun game for students to play as well as a great interactive learning tool to help them practice their facts!

Click on the bear to visit the site "Reading Bear." This site is very helpful and useful for the students who need that extra practice on their phonics skills. Reading Bear offers short vowel sounds, long vowel sounds, and blends just to name a few.
Click on the books to go to an online reading comprehension practice. There are multiple mini stories that your child can choose from and answer a question or two about the story to practice their comprehension skills.
Click on the "Sight Words" picture to view common 2nd grade sight words. Sight words are so important when reading, so go over this list of words everyday to get better at fluently reading these common sight words.

Click on the ABCya picture to see what this website has to offer. ABCya is a great website for students ranging from grade levels K-5. There are all sorts of games that are for fun as well as educational games that practice fractions, time, counting money, etc. To check this website out, your child will need to use his/her login to access the games!
Click on the Dojo monster to visit Class Dojo. Your child has their own Dojo account and they are able to view their behavior for each day as well as add or creates different things to add to their own personal story. This is a great tool for students to keep a portfolio for themselves of their work throughout the school year.
Click on the "Life Cycle" picture to learn information about different animal life cycles. Your child will be introduced to many different animals and learn about their life cycle..
Click on the "National Geographic" words to visit the national geographic website for kids. Lots of neat science facts and activities are on this site!
