Families can request Baby Bank support through referrals from professionals such as midwives, health visitors, social workers, statutory bodies, community organisations or places of worship. Professionals may fill out our online form here to submit referrals.
All referral requests must be completed by professionals that are engaging with families and young children. There are two ways to refer a family for support

Pop into our address at Waterloo Court, 31 Waterloo Road, WV1 1DJ and complete an application form.
Once we receive a referral, a member of our team will contact the family to confirm their details, perform a quick intake and schedule a collection appointment.
We aim for an approximately one-week turnaround; however, this is dependent on the client answering or returning our calls. We will attempt to contact a client 3 different times before moving their status to "unable to contact."
There is no charge for our service but items will need to be collected from our premises at Waterloo Court. Families can reorder essentials for up to three times a year.
