Wichita Falls ISD is excited to announce that our local designation system has again passed the data validation process through the Texas Education Agency. This means that we will now have 178 teachers who have earned designations through the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program!
WFISD will now have:
60 Recognized teachers - annual award ranges from $3,500-$6,000
80 Exemplary teachers - annual award ranges from $5,700-$13,000
38 Master teachers - annual award ranges from $12,000-$22,000
Final dollar amounts will be determined in April 2025.

2025 April - Submit expansion/modification plan to state for approval in May. Modified student growth measure for middle school math and reading to utilize the previous year's STAAR scores and summative STAAR Spring 2026 to measure student growth based on STAAR transition tables.
