I am Mrs. Ford. You will find me in the 4th grade hall, teaching Reading and Langurage Arts (RLA) and Social Studies (SS) to the best students around.

I have degree from Midwestern State University in Mass Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism . This set me on a 12 year journey in television news media. Sharing experiences from my time at Newchannel 6 in Wichita Falls helps children connect reading and writing to the world around them.

The 2020-2021 school year is my sixth year teaching. My husband is also a teacher. We have two girls, ages 7 and 8. In addition, three dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon all call our little piece of the world home.
