WNS Girl’s Lacrosse Offseason

During the offseason, we have weekly open gym practices open to the entire team including those who are interested in attending to learn more about lacrosse and get to know our program. We provide the team every year with a preseason workout and wellness packet to help our players prepare and stay healthy throughout the season.

#5. It’s Coed. The boy and girl pole vaulters practice together.

#4. It’s Friendly. Teammates and opponents are very supportive of each other.

#3. It’s Different. You’ll be able to tell your grandkids that you were a pole vaulter.

#2. It’s New. Pole vaulting is something you can try for the first time in 9th grade and be the state champion in 11th or 12th grade. There is no U8 pole vault. No one is ahead of you.
