Your School email account can be accessed via Microsoft Outlook on any School PC.
Google Mail is not available for students on their school email address.
Email can be accessed from any browser on any device by navigating to https://outlook.office365.com and signing in with your email address and school password.
If you are using your iPad, you may just need to re-enter your password.
Open 'Settings' > 'Mail' > 'Accounts' > 'Office 365 - School Email' > 'Account' and enter the password that is used to log on to the network.
Email - if you have recently changed your network password you will need to update this on your iPad email. Click here for instructions.
Installing Apps - you will be able to install free Apps through your iTunes account.
IOS Updates - Please ensure you update your iPad to the latest IOS unless IT specifically request you not to.
Lost iPad - As soon as you notice you have lost your iPad please report it to IT Support. Please refer to this support article from Apple for further help: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht201472
Network Logon - if you are not able to login please bring your ipad to IT Support.
WiFi - if you iPad is not able to connect to the school WIFI please bring your iPad to IT so we can rectify the problem.
