In May 2023 the WHS Band, Orchestra, and Color Guard will be traveling to Orlando, Florida! We will be in Orlando for 5 days and 4 nights enjoying 2 world class theme parks, Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios. The group will also be participating in once in a lifetime performance opportunities at Walt Disney World. All WHS Band, Orchestra or Color Guard Members can participate in an amazing trip. Fundraising opportunities are available through the WHS Band and Orchestra Boosters.

Non- Refundable Deposit: All Students Participants must submit a $150 deposit by Tuesday,May 10th. The estimated cost of the trip is $1,597 dollars per student. This includes round trip airfare, bussing, hotels, 8 meals, 3 Days at Walt Disney World, 1 Day at Universal Studios and performances at Disney World.

All payments must be in a sealed envelope with the student's name on it. Checks must be made out to "WPS Escrow".
Note - The prices listed above are estimated for 2023. The final trip prices cannot be set until the airline tickets have been booked and deposited and the final number of students attending the trip has been determined.

The Orchestra workshop will take place in a backstage location
The Concert Band workshop will take place in a backstage location
Admission into Disney’s Magic Kingdom
Lunch is on your own in the Magic Kingdom - Not Included
Dinner is on your own in the Magic Kingdom - $20 cash provided
Watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks show - Enchantment!
