- For the month of May we are going to be writing a Fantasy Story. This week we begin the prewriting phase.
- The format will follow what we had been doing in class up until in-class classes were cancelled.
- A lot of the work will take place in your reading/writing notebooks.
- There is an assignment in Google Classroom for you on Friday.

- We are continuing our work on the comparison project this week. It should be complete by Friday. If you need extra time please let me know!

- We are starting a comparison project that should take about 2 weeks to complete.
- Please read through the Google Slide about the project. If you have any questions please contact me.
- Next to the Google Slides is a list of topics. Your name should be next to one of them. If you do not see your name I am so very sorry, please contact me right away so that I can get you a topic. If you see a topic that doesn't have a name attached and you would like it better, please let me know and you can switch once.
- There is a schedule in the Google Slides to help guide you on how much you should be completing every day. A similar schedule is on the main page of this website.
