To complete a service project you will have to engage in a four-step process.

Investigation: This is where you decide what type of service you will do and what it will focus on by looking at needs within your community, reflecting on your strengths and weaknesses, and reviewing possible practical limitations.

Planning & Writing Proposal: Once approved, you will start preparing all that is needed so that you can take action. This could for example include doing further research, contacting agencies, and creating banners, posters, or fliers.

Action: With everything prepared and ready to go, it is time to take action. This will be very different depending on the type of service you have chosen.

Reflection: Throughout the first three steps you will reflect on your process.  You will also finish your SAA Activity with a final reflection.
