Make sure the username/ password is being typed correctly.
Many Chromebooks must be plugged in to work. Batteries on older models may not keep charge.
If an assigned Youtube video won't play, sign into Youtube using your school username/ password.
If assignments are not loading, try refreshing your screen or clearing your browsing history.
