Broadcast Journalism engages students in the production of news stories pertaining to the school and the West Orange community. Students learn the fundamentals of broadcast news production, including camera work and composition, research, writing for TV, expert and man on the street interviews and editing with Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere. Throughout the year, students will rotate roles as producer, reporter, cameraperson, and editor in order to produce a relevant and polished bi-weekly news show.
