Maximum 3 visits a week, 2 hours each

View open slots on our website's calendar and then call/email to make a reservation! 

$10 Cancellation Fee if cancelling before 24 hours 

You can request specific trainers!

Players do not pay anything when they come in (paid for by the Coach) 

Coaches have to register by the first week of the sports season
