Ensure the file type is a PDF

Ensure the file isn't password protected

Rename the PDF file so that it appears as "First Name Last Name W-9" or "Company Name W-9"
Example: A file name might appear as "Joe Smith W-9.pdf" or "Westmont College W-9.pdf"
