In addition to participating in a planned work-out in the weight room, students are expected to complete proper athletic conditioning including running, crunches, push-ups, agility and speed work.
Students are graded on weight max testing (not looking for a set score but instead looking for improvement), participation (including dressing out), sportsmanship and attitude.
This is a great class for anyone who is interested in improving their health and increasing their knowledge of physical activity.
Do you enjoy moving around? Getting out of your chair? Having fun and meeting new people? PE classes can also give you a much-needed break in the middle of the day!
Students are given a planned work-out each period from the instructor. Students are placed in small groups and they rotate through the weight room equipment on a timed schedule.
