This course is an extension of the student's athletic practice, so that when the student goes to after-school practice, they can focus on the sport-specific skills development. Students will focus on:
Speed and agility training
Sport-specific drills
Weight-training and conditioning
Students must be a member of a high school athletic team. All students will be pre-approved by their coach.
This course can be taken three times for credit.
Students must dress in the WHS PE outfit in order to receive credit for the class.
