Fundamentals of Accounting

ACC 101

Presents the basic elements and concepts of accounting with emphasis on the procedures used for maintaining journals, ledgers, and other related records, and for the completion of end-of-period reports for small service and merchandising businesses.

Prerequisite: Application and district approval. Students need to be on-track to graduate and have strong attendance. Students need to meet FRCC testing requirement (if applicable).

Concurrent Enrollment Process:

Attend informational meeting held every September/October and March/April.
Complete a Front Range Community College application
Take the Accuplacer Exam
Submit district paperwork
If approved, register for your class
