During this advanced course, students will demonstrate their understanding of business and management in a variety of simulated scenarios applying theories, concepts, and problem solving. Students will complete a capstone project, which will demonstrate their understanding of fundamental business concepts. This course covers the major aspects of small business management to enable the entrepreneur to successfully start a business!

Students will complete class projects throughout the year to develop expertise and use their skills for their own personal interests!
Student will complete a business plan for a business of their choice! At the end of the project, students will have a SOLID business plan that could be used professionally.
Students will also learn advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills initially by using Certiport computer programming in preparation for the Microsoft Office licensing exam.
