Students will get the opportunity to care for a computerized "baby"! Students will be assigned a "baby" to carry around school during all of their classes and to take home. The computer "baby" will cry, need to be fed, changed, and held throughout the day and night.
Students also complete a research project on a child development theorist (see example below).
This course is valuable to anyone planning to care for children in the future (either as part of a career or as a future parent).
This class is also for you if you are interested in becoming a teacher, fine arts director, coach, counselor, or school administrator!
Students must be prepared for the responsibility of taking care of a computer "baby" (students will be charged a fee if there is damage).
This class must be taken with Education Exploration (each class is a semester long).
